The Current Micro++ Structure

At this point, Micro++ is a "closed fund," structured with two separate entities:

1. MPP Capital Partners LP, a limited partnership, which serves as the fund

2. Micro++ Investment Management, LLC, a limited liability company, which serves as the managing member of the fund.

The initial funding of the MPP CP portfolio occurred at the end of 2011, during an “incubation period” when we could not accept capital from outside investors.

Since that time we have developed a strong and consistent real-time record of outperforming the Small Cap benchmarks, especially on the basis of “risk-adjusted excess returns.”

However, the fund is now closed to outside investors, even those officially “qualified” (until further notice).

Still, we are willing to share some of the research that was undertaken in the development of the Micro++ Fund. That material might prove useful to you if you would like to explore the possibilities of investing in this often neglected, but promising corner of the equity market.
